- Instagram handle and website (if provided)
- Business information (type, size, tools used, team size)
- Your responses to application questions
- Technical data: IP address (for spam prevention), timestamp, referral source

- To contact you about your inquiry
- To prevent spam and abuse
We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your application data is stored in a private Notion workspace accessible only to Sabrina Muriithi. Notion's servers are located in the United States. Email notifications are processed through Resend, a transactional email service.
How Long We Keep It
- If you become a client: Your data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months
- If you don't become a client: Your application data is deleted within 12 months of submission
- You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below)
Cookies & Tracking
This application form does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand page-level traffic only.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data entirely
- Portability — receive your data in a standard format
- Objection — object to how we process your data
For EU/EEA residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (the checkbox on the application form) and our legitimate interest in evaluating business inquiries.
For California residents (CCPA): We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Children
This service is for business owners and is not directed at individuals under 18.
