When you submit an application, we collect:

2. Instagram handle and website, if provided;
3. Business information (type, size, tools used, team size);
4. Your responses to application questions; and
5. Technical data: IP address (for spam prevention), timestamp, and referral source.

2. Why We Collect It

We use your information for the following purposes:

1. To evaluate your application for Soft Girl Ops™ services;
2. To contact you about your inquiry; and
3. To prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately opt in. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We use a limited number of service providers to operate Soft Girl Ops™. These providers process your data solely on our behalf and under our direction:

1. Supabase— stores application data in a private database accessible only to authorized Amai Sanii Inc personnel. Supabase's servers are located in the United States.
2. Resend — processes transactional email notifications related to your application.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

1. If you become a client: Your data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months.
2. If you do not become a client: Your application data is deleted within 12 months of submission.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 10 below).

5. Cookies and Tracking

This application form does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

1. Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
2. Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information;
3. Deletion — ask us to delete your data entirely; or
4. Portability — receive your data in a standard, machine-readable format.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children

This service is designed for business owners and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we handle your personal information, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
